Thanks for coming to the centre last school holidays it was great success with children requesting to do it again.

I love getting parcels in the mail. Especially big ones.  On Monday morning I found a massive package in my letterbox, and I wasn’t even expecting anything.  I was thrilled when I opened it to find the product I had only just agreed to do a  product review about – Enviroblox.  So firstly, a massive gold stamp for delivering so quickly!

Enviroblox sounded good to me – soft, colourful ‘blocks’ made from food-grade materials which can be used to build and create practically anything, just by adding water.  Environmentally friendly, non-toxic, suitable for all ages – they ticked all the boxes.

We tore open the package and my little boy (and the babysitter) got stuck into them straight away.  Gryffin proudly presented me with a statue of me (!) and a couple of bangles.  Very cute!

Now, I probably should be revelling in the beauty of my little boy’s artwork, his first ever attempt to create my image through art… blah blah blah, but tonight, after dinner, my middle child spied the bag of Enviroblox and – 45 minutes later – she and her father produced some extraordinary art.

Sorry kids, I’m giving the prize to Dad. And am now going to have to order more Enviroblox

How good does easy, mess free craft sound!?!

As a parent my goal has always been to try and do craft at least once per week with my kids, but the thought of the mess and cleaning up the kids after just has my head reeling… craft is a once-a-month affair!

Well, not anymore.

The Enviro-Blox are a great new product from Cadaco that is easy, mess free and fun! The Enviro-Blox are made from a non-toxic cornflour formulation and coloured using food grade dyes. They are bio-degradeable and even better are suitable for composting and will dissolve in water. Good for you and good for the environment.

My son was so excited to create with the enviro-blox and I decided that it could be a daddy craft project – simply previously unheard of. When you open the pack you will see a bag of multi-coloured soft spongey blocks, similar to the packaging that comes in boxes of fragile items. There are 440 in the pack so hours of playtime here!

To build you need:

ü A damp sponge

ü Your imagination

Yep – that’s it! It really is mess free and so easy to clean up – and if the littlies got hold of it you can relax bcos it is non-toxic so great for inquisitive hands. Just moisten, set and create!

The boys had a great time and made, amongst other figures and creatures, a bunch of beautiful flowers and there are still heaps left in the bag for our next craft time!

Hi, I just wanted to say thanks and that I really enjoyed the workshop that you ran at Inquisitive yesterday, My paper face is looking wonderful. As a mother of Autistic children it is lovely to find a product that can inspire social and creative play at the same time. Its great with fine motor skills. It gets you at a level where eye contact is necessary. It's not messy and very easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone.   Lucy Breward
